I’m Elisha, the proud owner of Toadally Ice, a dream-on-wheels that’s been years in the making.
Back in high school I worked at a snow cone stand. Ever since, I've dreamed of having my own. While life didn't lead me to a traditional stand, it led me to something even cooler, a shaved ice truck.
With the guidance and support of the previous owners, I took the leap into mobile shaved ice life.
When I came to my family with this "crazy idea," they jumped on board without hesitation. It's been a sweet ride ever since.
From prepping flavors to working events and keeping things running behind the scenes, this business is truly a team effort. Every cone is served with care, laughter and a little family love.
Toadally Ice has won multiple awards at The Texas Food Truck Championships over the past several years. We're proud to carry on the tradition of award-winning icy treats.
